This agreement describes the entire terms and conditions for advertising with Big Bang Products Inc. In this agreement, the term "Client" refers to you (the advertiser). Whenever the agreement refers to "you" or "your", it means "Client", "we" or "our" refers to

Our Guarantee
If, with any campaigns, within 60 days of delivery completion, your Permission Email opt-in email campaign does not generate a high
.05% to 1% unique click-thru rate (due to what-so-ever reasons maybe on our end), we will replace your leads. We will not be responsible for failure to meet our guarantee on Client’s side, such as technical difficulties on your server(s)
or broadcasting software, postponing lead marking campaigns, etc. No cash refunds are issued on Big Bang Products Inc. opt-in email leads. Guaranteed
.05% to 1% CTR is based on quantity paid and excludes any free and/or bonus email credits.
Indemnification
Advertiser shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Big Bang Products Inc. against all third party claims, actions and liabilities (including all reasonable costs, expenses and attorneys’ fees) arising from or in connection with (a) Advertiser’s product(s), services or the content of the Advertiser’s copy, including without limitation any claim alleging any violation of any third party’s intellectual property rights; or (b) Advertiser’s breach of any of its obligations, representations or warranties under these Terms and Conditions. Big Bang Products Inc. shall promptly notify Advertiser in writing of all such claims and shall accommodate Advertiser’s reasonable requests for cooperation and information.
Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Amendments
Big Bang Products Inc. may amend this Agreement, its prices, and its sales, and marketing plan at any time. Amendments will be communicated by posting them on the Big Bang Products Inc. website or by email. Amendments are effective and binding upon being published on the website or upon the sending of an email notification.
